Diffuse Pain
In December 2004 it was proved that Churchill China (UK) Ltd was in breach of Regulation 4(1) of the Manual Handling Operations Regulations. The employee was working packing crockery and was proved to have sustained diffuse forearm pain syndrome and neuropathalogical pain due to her work. Stoke on Trent County Court found for the complainant.
